Ms. Selina Carpenter is a board certified licensed Physician's Assistant, (P.A.). As such, Ms. Carpenter has the training and credentials to see patients independently or in the conjunction our physicians. Her duties may include seeing patients in the hospital or Emergency Room, completing medical orders, writing prescriptions and assisting in surgery. She obtained her degree from the University of Alabama in Birmingham.
Ms. Carpenter completed her undergraduate degree in Biology at Jacksonville State University where she also was a member of the women's volleyball team, of which she was team captain. Ms. Carpenter also holds an Associate of Science degree, and is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. She has several years of experience working professionally in sports medicine rehabilitation.
In her spare time, Selina continues to enjoy many sports. She is an avid skiier, participates in triathlons, and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
