The Physicians of Greenleaf Orthopaedic Associates, Dr. Baier, Dr. Quinn, Dr. Mayer, Dr. Collins, and Dr. Caronis, are continuing the tradition of excellence in medical care that began in Lake County over 40 years ago. The most senior founder, Thad Penn, M.D., was a fixture in the community for nearly four decades before his retirement.

In addition, we would like to acknowledge James Baehr, M.D. and the late Ed Mauer, M.D. for their contribution to orthopaedic surgery in Lake County.

Our three convenient office locations in Gurnee, IL and Libertyvile, IL, and our newest location in Round Lake, IL are easily accessible. Both offices allow easy drive up and a covered entryway. Handicapped parking and wheelchairs are available. Each office contains on-site x-ray services.
